Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Must one supplied base support both auger juicing and high-speed blending?
Nama lists the C2 as a juicer-and-blender package with separate interchangeable configurations on one base; the functions do not operate at once.
Explore this need in the finder →Do you require a blender Auto Clean program on the same base?
The U.S. manual documents a separate Auto Clean setting for the blender jug, with warm water and dish soap. It is not a cycle for the juicer chamber.
Explore this need in the finder →Must the included juice cup or blender vessel have a verified 32 oz capacity?
No. The exact product page and manual do not publish either vessel's capacity. Manual recommended fill levels are not container capacity.
Explore this need in the finder →Must the exact package include a sorbet setup?
Nama lists a Sorbet Attachment in the exact C2 package; sorbet is a separate stopped-and-changed juicing attachment, not the blender mode.
Explore this need in the finder →The Nama C2 is a two-appliance package sharing one motor base: install the cold-press auger arrangement for juicing, or stop and swap to a separate high-speed blender jug for blending. That arrangement is the reason to consider it. If you only need an auger juicer, the J2 or shorter J3 may be a more direct fit; if your main need is high-speed blending alongside juicing, the C2 is the Nama configuration that documents both.
Two configurations, not simultaneous functions
The exact U.S. listing identifies the C2/JB100 and two Type A color SKUs. Its package includes a shared motor base, juicer chamber/hopper, auger, spinning brush, juice and coarse strainers, pusher, juice and pulp containers, blender jug, sorbet attachment, cleaning brush and separate juicer/blender recipe guides. The U.S. manual lists a 200-watt, 50-rpm juicer and a 1,000-watt, 26,500-rpm blender. It is a change-the-attachment workflow: the auger chamber and blender jug do not operate together. For a fresh-juice smoothie, juice first, stop and switch the setup, then blend with the separate jug.
This distinction is reflected in the finder. C2 can satisfy a need for both a juicer and blender on one supplied base, and it has a named blender Auto Clean program. That cleaning cycle is for the blender jug, not the juicing chamber, auger or strainers. The exact page's main product image depicts its juicing arrangement; the blender package is confirmed by the page and manual but is not visible in that particular image.
Juicing plan: auger, hopper, hand washing
For juicing, set up the chamber, hopper and strainer; follow the manual's prep directions and use the documented ON/OFF/REV control. The reverse switch is a manual jam-clear function. It isn't an automatic reverse, an ingredient sensor or a choice between juicing speeds. Nama specifies a 30-minute maximum for the juicing plan. Its juice container and pulp container are included, but it does not publish either one's capacity for the exact U.S. model. A numeric minimum-receiver request should therefore remain unmatched, even though the machine includes a vessel to catch juice.
The juicing arrangement is listed at 10.1 inches wide, 11.6 inches long and 20 inches high; its chamber setup weighs 21 pounds. Nama gives separate blender configuration measurements of 10.1 by 11.6 by 21 inches and 19.2 pounds with its jug. If placement under a shelf is critical, check the height of the configuration you will actually use. The exact manual does not authorize dishwasher cleaning: unplug, take the assembly apart and wash the removable pieces by hand. The motor base should be kept out of water. The included juice receiver isn't the blender jar, and the blender jar's stated fill guidance should not be misentered as a jug capacity.
Blender plan: useful preset, measured limits
The blender setup provides named modes such as Smoothie, Clean, Mill, Soup and Ice Crush, plus manual and pulse control. The manual's specification/troubleshooting sections give a five-minute continuous-use shutoff for manual blending and up to seven minutes 30 seconds in an automatic program. Its safety guidance also describes one-minute manual runs separated by one-minute stops (up to eight cycles), and a 30-minute stoppage after a full-length 7.5-minute auto run. Follow the stricter mode-specific directions rather than treating all blend modes as one continuous schedule. Do not confuse them with the juicer's 30-minute limit. The C2's Auto Clean instructions are concrete: add 16 ounces of warm water and two or three drops of dish soap to the jug, install the lid and dosing cap, select Auto Clean, wait for the blades to stop, then disassemble and rinse. This is a short cleanup aid, not permission to skip rinsing or wash the parts in a dishwasher.
The manual also gives maximum recommended blender fill levels of 2 liters for cold ingredients and 1 liter for hot ingredients. Those are operating-load ceilings, not the maker's declared blender-jug capacity. The exact C2 page lists a blender jug but does not give a vessel volume; the juice container capacity is also unstated. A shopper who needs a verified 32-, 50- or 70-ounce receiver should not have the C2 returned based on the manual fill recommendations.
What changes versus J2, J2 XL and J3
J2 and C2 share the broad auger concept, but the C2 adds a separate blender system and jug. The J2 XL's most distinctive supplied extras are a Large Hopper, a 100-ounce Large Pitcher Set and a sorbet attachment. The C2 includes its own sorbet attachment too, but the exact page does not list the XL's 100-ounce pitcher set. J3 trades the dual-function package for a shorter 15.4-inch body and a 9.7-pound chamber-set weight; it includes juice and smoothie strainers, not a blender jug. Each model still calls for model-specific hand cleaning of the juicing assembly.
Choose C2 if both extraction and blending are essential, and you accept the weight, attachment storage and separate cleanup routines. The 15-year all-parts warranty is a U.S. manufacturer statement; confirm written terms for the exact seller and purchase. Skip it if you will never use the blender, require an exact vessel capacity, or expect removable juicer parts to be dishwasher-safe. Nama's “cold press,” power and yield wording are manufacturer claims, not independent measurements of temperature, extraction yield, noise, nutrition or long-term performance.
