Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Do you want a horizontal auger with four documented selectable speeds?
The exact black U.S. CPO page lists 40, 65, 90 and 120 rpm. These are four positions rather than a promise of infinitely continuous adjustment.
Explore this need in the finder →Would an automatic two-second jam-clearing reverse change your choice?
Sana USA states the motor reverses automatically for two seconds if produce jams, then returns forward. This is distinct from produce sensing.
Explore this need in the finder →Is a supplied 500 ml glass receiver enough for the portion you make?
The exact black CPO offer lists a 500 ml cup (about 16.9 U.S. fl oz); it is not a large batch pitcher.
Explore this need in the finder →The Sana 727 Supreme is a horizontal single-auger juicer with four listed speeds, a two-second automatic reverse, three screen setups and a 500 ml glass receiver. The exact U.S. offer assessed here is a certified pre-owned black machine, SKU CPO-SANA727BLACK, not a new retail box. Sana USA advertises a full 15-year warranty, but its public page does not provide the warranty terms or an exact U.S. operating manual. Treat the long-run claims as maker statements, not tested limits.
Four set speeds change the routine
Where the 707C U.S. listing gives 63 rpm without documenting a selector, the 727 page lists four specific choices: 40, 65, 90 and 120 rpm. Sana recommends lower settings for fibrous or softer ingredients and higher settings for juicy, low-fiber produce such as citrus. Those are four named positions, not an unrestricted continuous dial; the control shown in the exact black listing is marked 1 through 4. The U.S. page specifies 150 W and 120 V, and describes a brushless DC motor. Power and speed specifications are not evidence of independent extraction efficiency or measured sound level.
The same U.S. listing describes automatic reverse for two seconds when produce jams, then a return to forward operation. That is a jam-clearing feature, not automatic ingredient sensing. It also describes a locking juice cap that can be closed after juicing to help carry the drum without dripping and filled with water at the sink for cleaning. The page does not quantify the safe continuous-use interval, despite saying the motor supports “nonstop” operation; no run-time threshold is used for a hard recommendation here.
Feed openings, screens and the 500 ml cup
The 727’s dual hopper has a standard opening and a deeper bowl for smaller pieces or leafy greens. Sana does not publish a numeric opening width in the U.S. offer, and the bowl should not be mistaken for a preloaded batch hopper. The juicer still uses an auger and screen; the exact listing does not promise that whole produce will fit or explain all preparation rules. Those details belong in the correct U.S. manual, which was not located in the offer materials.
The included three-screen package is more flexible than a single juicing mesh: fine for a clearer juice, coarse for lower-pressure processing of softer fruit, and a homogenizing blank for separate non-juice jobs such as nut butter, milk or sorbet. Switching that screen changes the setup; it is not a simultaneous dual-purpose cycle. The black U.S. offer also lists a 500 ml crystal juice cup and a stainless-steel pulp catcher. The cup converts to about 16.9 U.S. fluid ounces, so it is suited to a glass-sized catch, not a 24-ounce or larger batch vessel. The larger pulp collector has no published capacity and must not be used as the juice-volume figure.
Buy the exact pre-owned offer, not a promise of condition
The black Sana USA product page and its linked product data identify the certified pre-owned SKU CPO-SANA727BLACK. The U.S. collection also lists a separate red CPO 727 product page; that red offer was marked sold out on the date checked. A separate exact red image is included only to identify the finish option—it does not depict the cosmetic condition of either refurbished machine. The seller uses the phrase “Full 15-Year Warranty” for the CPO offer, but the page does not set out exclusions, registration requirements, household-use scope or service conditions. Before paying, obtain the current written warranty and check what “certified pre-owned” means for condition, included parts, returns and support.
There is a regional-instruction trap worth avoiding. Sana’s global 727 page links a manual whose safety section says to use only 220–240 V; the exact Sana USA CPO listing instead specifies U.S. 120 V. The global booklet is therefore not evidence for the electrical or package instructions of the U.S. offer. I did not transfer its care rules, preparation guidance or operating limits to this model. Use the U.S. offer’s correct instructions, and ask Sana USA for them if they are not supplied with the pre-owned unit.
When the 727 fits—and when it does not
The 727 is a plausible match if a horizontal auger, four selectable speeds, automatic jam reverse, coarse/fine/homogenizing screens and the exact CPO package suit your routine. The supplied receiver is smaller than a typical batch pitcher, and the actual opening, continuous interval, dishwasher-safe subset, pulp capacity and complete warranty terms are not documented on the U.S. page. A buyer who needs any of those as an essential threshold should not treat “nonstop,” a hopper, or a long warranty headline as proof.
Compare the Sana 707C if you prefer its three-screen-plus-nozzle package and exact North American model; its own U.S. page has conflicting 150 W and 200 W motor text and no exact 707C manual. Compare other documented slow juicers if the exact manual, vessel size or cleaning route matters more than four speed positions. Neither the four speeds nor the redesigned outlet blade establishes a measured yield advantage. The useful distinction is configuration and control, not an unsupported ranking.
