Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Do you want a motorized auger juicer rather than a spinning-basket centrifugal extractor?
Hurom describes the H90 as a slow juicer; its exact H90DFT guide depicts a two-part screw assembly rather than a centrifugal basket.
Explore this need in the finder →Is a separately listed stainless-steel juicing strainer essential?
Hurom's exact H90 U.S. page names a stainless-steel juicing strainer and includes a strainer in the H90DFT offer; this does not promise a specific pulp percentage or texture.
Explore this need in the finder →Would an 84.5 fl oz produce hopper meet the minimum loading volume you need?
Hurom lists the hopper at 2.5 L (84.5 fl oz); this is produce loading volume, not juice-container volume or expected yield.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the 550 ml internal chamber meet your minimum without substituting a pitcher size?
Hurom lists a 550 ml (18.6 fl oz) internal chamber and a separate juice container without a numeric U.S. capacity.
Explore this need in the finder →Is a 45-minute continuous-use interval enough for your session plan?
Hurom's exact U.S. H90 product details state standard usage up to 45 minutes continuously. This is a use limit, not a batch-yield measure.
Explore this need in the finder →Do you require automatic reverse to help clear a jam?
The U.S. H90 page describes reverse help for a blockage; the official H90 guide also documents automatic reverse behavior with a manual reverse mode.
Explore this need in the finder →Must the machine sense mixed ingredients and automatically adjust its juicing mode?
The H90 offers a timer, display and settings, but no sensor-led ingredient adjustment is documented for this exact configuration.
Explore this need in the finder →The U.S.-listed Hurom H90 is a current slow juicer for people who want to stage more produce and let a timed cycle run, rather than feed a narrow chute one piece at a time. Hurom lists a 2.5 L produce hopper, a 550 ml internal chamber, 50 RPM and automatic stop at the selected time. Those figures describe loading and the working chamber—not juice yield or the size of the included pitcher. The exact U.S. page maps its black and white choices to H90DFT-BMB and H90DFT-BMM.
What the large hopper does—and does not tell you
The 2.5 L hopper is useful if you prefer to prepare a batch of produce before the motor starts. It is not a 2.5 L juice jug, and a self-feeding hopper is not permission to put every fruit or vegetable in whole. The official H90 guide gives separate preparation directions and warns about large or hard pits and oversized pieces. It also shows an additional loading opening. Since the U.S. page does not give a chute diameter, people with a strict whole-produce or feeder-width requirement should not assume the listing proves it.
Hurom separately lists a 550 ml (18.6 fl oz) chamber. The U.S. page includes a juice container and a pulp container but does not state their capacities. A Korean H90 manual illustrates cups labelled 1.25 L and 2 L, but those regional package markings are not a substitute for a U.S. pitcher specification. If your key question is how often you can pour a finished serving, ask Hurom for the exact U.S. receiver volume rather than using the hopper or chamber figure.
A timed control routine, not an automatic recipe brain
The U.S. specification lists a single 50 RPM auger speed and a 150 W, 120 V / 60 Hz motor. The screen and dial let you choose a cycle length, see operating status and time, use a rinse mode, and change sound, brightness and language settings. The manufacturer says the cycle stops when its timer ends. Hurom also describes reverse assistance when ingredients get stuck; the model-specific guide shows automatic reverse behavior and a manual reverse control. These are useful controls, but they do not establish sensor-based ingredient recognition, an auto-programmed recipe, or better results with every recipe. I have not measured yield, pulp, noise, speed or clean-up time.
The product page says the H90 uses a stainless-steel juicing strainer and names a strainer in the box. Its current U.S. offer is H90DFT. The official Korean manual distinguishes DFT and DST assemblies; it labels the Pure strainer and sorbet filter DST parts. Its box list also calls the spinning brush DST-only, although the U.S. page's general list names a spinning brush—verify the exact U.S. package rather than assuming it is included. The U.S. page mentions both strainer options and says an “Easy Line” is sold separately, which leaves the optional bundle unclear. A strainer label is not a measured pulp or texture promise.
Cleaning is the question to verify before choosing it
Hurom's H90 U.S. product page makes a broad claim that its parts are dishwasher-safe. The current U.S. FAQ, however, gives a generic answer that only the auger is dishwasher-safe. The official Korean H90 guide says a low-temperature dishwasher course at or below 70°C is allowed, but excludes the motor body and cleaning brush and warns against hot-air drying. It also says not to wash detached seals on their own in the dishwasher. Those statements are not a settled U.S. parts list. The H90 is therefore not a safe match for a shopper whose essential need is confirmed dishwasher cleaning of all removable parts; get the U.S. instructions for the exact SKU before relying on the product-page shorthand. A high-heat SANI cycle is not documented.
The Korean guide is a useful model-specific reference for DFT/DST parts and assembly, but it is not the English U.S. manual I would use to confirm electrical compatibility or regional package contents. Hurom's current U.S. FAQ/manual directory I checked did not provide an H90 download. The U.S. H90 product page itself lists 120 V / 60 Hz; use the rating and directions printed with a U.S. unit, not an assumption based on an overseas manual.
Fit, limits and alternatives
The U.S. page lists use up to 45 minutes continuously, a 7.1 kg (15.7 lb) weight and dimensions in the order 255 × 250 × 458 mm (10 × 9.8 × 18 in). It does not label those dimension axes. Measure the full machine, lid travel and counter clearance rather than guessing that 18 inches is its height. At 15.7 pounds it is a substantial counter appliance, not a lightweight travel model. The U.S. page displays a 15-year motor-and-parts warranty claim, while the FAQ's warranty section names H400, H320 and H70 but not H90; check the written H90 terms and seller eligibility before counting on that coverage.
Within Hurom's current range, H400 is the clearer choice if you specifically want its two-part strainer-free chamber and documented hand-washing routine. H70 is smaller by its listed internal chamber capacity. H90 instead offers the larger stated produce hopper, timed display and automatic jam-reverse features, plus a conventional separately listed strainer. Choose by those operating and cleaning requirements—not by the word “Dual” or an unverified yield ranking. Hurom's U.S. product claims and exact model pages are useful for identifying the offer; they are not independent performance tests.

No personal ownership, laboratory measurement, customer-review evidence, invented price or verified ASIN is claimed.
