Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Do you want the H80 package’s coarse strainer for thicker soft-fruit preparations?
The exact U.S. package lists a coarse strainer; the H80ST manual describes large openings for soft fruit and thicker juice. It is not a blender or a homogenizing blank.
Explore this need in the finder →Is Hurom’s listed 2.2 L produce hopper enough for a 70 fl oz staged-batch minimum?
Hurom lists 2.2 L (74.4 fl oz) of hopper capacity, enough for a 70 fl oz produce-input threshold. This is incoming produce space, not juice output or pitcher capacity.
Explore this need in the finder →Can your juicing routine use the H80ST manual’s about-five-minute automatic-stop interval?
The manual says the safety timer stops the unit after about five minutes; a separate 30-minute maximum-use warning does not mean one uninterrupted half-hour.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the exact 136 mm inlet meet your hard minimum after converting its rounded inch label?
136 mm is about 5.354 inches and is normalized to 5.35 inches for the strict numeric matcher; it does not mean whole fruit fits.
Explore this need in the finder →Is hand cleaning acceptable given the H80’s conflicting dishwasher claims?
The U.S. page says dishwasher-safe components, but the H80ST manual prohibits dishwasher and dryer use; use hand washing unless Hurom clarifies an H80 exception in writing.
Explore this need in the finder →The Hurom H80 is a 150-watt vertical auger juicer with a 2.2-liter produce hopper, a 500 ml internal chamber, and three strainers listed in its U.S. package. It is worth considering if you want to stage a large load and switch among fine, coarse, and an ice-cream strainer, but the H80 Series manual's food and care directions need to be read more carefully than the product page's broad cleanup and sorbet claims suggest.
Which H80 is this?
Hurom's U.S. listing calls it the H80 Slow Juicer and offers White H80ST-GBS04MV, Matte Black H80ST-GBS04MB, and Kale H80ST-GBS04KG. The page presents these as color choices, not different juicing mechanisms. Its electrical listing is 120 V, 60 Hz and 150 W, and the linked manual cover identifies the H80ST Series for home use. The image here is the exact Matte Black SKU; it does not represent the White or Kale finish. Hurom does not say whether the studio image is a photograph or a render.
Hurom lists 50 RPM for the auger and 17 RPM for its spinning brush; neither is a selectable speed. Controls are ON, OFF, and press-and-hold REV for a stalled screw.
The hopper is for produce, not finished juice
Hurom lists a 2.2 L (74.4 fl oz) produce hopper and a separate 500 ml (16.9 fl oz) internal chamber; neither is juice volume. The page also lists juice and pulp containers without capacities. Do not treat the hopper as yield or the chamber as a pitcher.
Hurom publishes a 136 mm opening, also rounded on the page to 5.4 inches. On a strict numeric minimum, 136 mm is about 5.354 inches, so 5.35 inches is the defensible normalized threshold; a hard 5.4-inch requirement is not established by the rounded display value. A wide opening does not remove preparation work. The manual says to stay below the hopper mark, prepare pieces that fit, and follow its produce-specific wash, peel, seed-removal, and cutting directions. Very soft ingredients alone may pool. Use the designated pusher; the hopper is not a whole-fruit guarantee.
Screen choices—and a frozen-fruit warning
The exact U.S. package list names fine, coarse, and ice-cream strainers. Hurom says the fine strainer makes clearer juice and the coarse one allows more pulp, and advertises the ice-cream strainer for sorbet. The H80 manual also illustrates fine and coarse strainer uses. That three-piece package is a real distinction from the H320 and H330 pages, which list fine and coarse strainers but do not list an ice-cream strainer.
However, the H80 manual is internally inconsistent about frozen food: its preparation page gives directions for frozen fruit pieces, while its safe-use page says not to put frozen fruit into the machine. The product page's sorbet promise does not resolve which instruction controls. The attachment is listed, but I would not choose this setup to meet an essential frozen-fruit or sorbet requirement until Hurom provides consistent H80-specific directions. This is also not evidence of a measured texture or a blender function.
Plan on short intervals and hand cleaning
The manual describes a safety timer that stops the juicer after about five minutes; pressing the switch again restarts it. Separately, it cautions against using the machine for more than 30 minutes continuously and advises a rest of about five minutes before using it again. Those are different limits: the five-minute timer is the uninterrupted interval, while the 30-minute instruction is a broader maximum-use warning. A recipe needing a 15-minute uninterrupted run is not supported by the manual.
Care documentation is similarly mixed. The U.S. page broadly says “dishwasher-safe components,” while the H80 manual says not to clean the product in a dishwasher or dish dryer; Hurom's general FAQ says only the auger is dishwasher-safe. Use the stricter H80 manual and hand-wash the removable food-contact parts unless Hurom identifies an H80-specific exception in writing. Promptly disassemble after the motor fully stops, brush and rinse the parts, clean the cap and pulp outlet, and wipe the base with a damp cloth. That routine is a poor fit if dishwasher cleanup is essential.
Where it fits against other Huroms
The H80 lists a 2.2 L hopper; the H320 and H330 list 2 L. All three list a 500 ml chamber and 136 mm opening. H80 also adds an ice-cream strainer and Hurom's Spiral Blade and Fit & Clean Pulp Bar wording, but those names are not independent extraction or cleanup results. Choose by exact parts, prep, timer restarts, and hand cleaning—not a yield assumption. See the three-model comparison for package and manual tradeoffs.
Hurom’s exact U.S. H80 page advertises 15-year motor-and-parts coverage, and its July 2026 explainer includes H80 in the 15-year group. The U.S. FAQ’s duration list omits H80, while the explainer later says 15 years applies specifically to motors, contradicting its earlier parts claim; the H80ST manual gives no model-specific terms. Treat 15 years as a published claim, not an unconditional parts guarantee. Hurom’s general terms require authorized purchase/proof and normal household use in North America; confirm H80 terms and exceptions before relying on coverage. The page lists 26.3 × 24.5 × 45.7 cm without naming axes; manual weight also differs.
Bottom line
Choose H80 for its 2.2 L hopper and fine/coarse choices if short timer restarts and hand cleaning fit; its listed ice-cream strainer still has unresolved frozen-fruit directions. Compare H320/H330 for a 2 L fine/coarse package or H70/H400 for a strainer-free Easy Clean chamber. These specifications are not independent yield, pulp, noise, or durability tests.
