A useful fit for

Consider the exact H-AF if its one-speed Alpha auger, fine/coarse screen choice and included frozen-fruit kit fit your routine, and you accept prepared produce and hand cleaning.

The main tradeoff

The exact H-AF page and shared manual conflict on appliance weight (22.9 lb versus 14.3 lb), so a lifting limit cannot be matched. The 500 ml figure is an internal chamber, not the juice pitcher; container capacities are unlisted, and all food-contact parts require hand cleaning. The strict 30-minute runtime wording is not fully reconciled.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Do you need a vertical auger rather than a centrifugal basket?

The exact H-AF page and shared H-AF/H-AE household manual show a powered vertical auger with separate strainers, not a centrifugal basket.

Explore this need in the finder →
Is a manufacturer-documented frozen-fruit setup essential?

The exact H-AF package includes an ice-cream strainer; the shared manual says to use cut frozen fruit, not ice cubes or hard blocks.

Explore this need in the finder →
Would a 500 ml internal chamber meet your minimum without treating it as the pitcher?

Hurom lists 500 ml / 16.9 fl oz for the H-AF Alpha Chamber, but gives no separate container capacity.

Explore this need in the finder →
Does the fine/coarse package meet a required coarse-screen setup?

The exact H-AF page lists both fine and coarse strainers; the shared manual describes coarse-screen use for a thicker, pulpier route.

Explore this need in the finder →
Will a conservative 1.95-inch published feed-opening threshold meet your need?

Hurom lists 50 mm / 2 in; converting from millimeters and rounding down conservatively yields a 1.95-inch matching threshold, not a whole-fruit promise.

Explore this need in the finder →
Must the whole removable juicing kit be dishwasher-safe?

No. The H-AF/H-AE manual directs hand cleaning and prohibits dishwasher use; Hurom's general FAQ allows only the auger in a dishwasher.

Explore this need in the finder →
Is a strict 30-minute uninterrupted session essential?

The U.S. page says up to 30 minutes, but the shared manual says less than 30. A strict 30-minute run is not confirmed; the conservative numeric ceiling used here is 29 whole minutes.

Explore this need in the finder →
Do you need a separate citrus-cone attachment on the same motor base?

The exact package lists a Squeezer Set, and the shared H-AF/H-AE manual instructs halving citrus, placing a half flesh-side down on the cone, and running the base. It is not a hand lever press.

Hurom · vertical slow juicer

The H-AF is the Wine-finish member of Hurom's limited-edition Alpha-style vertical auger line. Its exact U.S. page and product record map a single Wine H-AF-EBB19 configuration and, when checked, the manufacturer data showed it available. The same page documents fine/coarse strainers, a frozen-fruit strainer, a tofu press and a squeezer set. It is a specialty-rich single-speed machine, not a batch-hopper or dishwasher-clean juicer.

Keep the H-AF identity exact

Hurom names this product H-AF Slow Juicer on its U.S. page. The official product-data object maps that separate page to Wine SKU H-AF-EBB19; it is not the H-AE's Navy H-AE-NBB19, even though Hurom provides a combined H-AF/H-AE household manual. The manufacturer page calls the H-AF limited edition and presents the Wine finish. The exact product page gallery image shown here matches that Wine body and upper juicing assembly. The manufacturer does not say whether the gallery image is a photo or a render.

Fine/coarse pressing, not variable speed

For everyday juice, assemble the chamber, spinning brush, squeezing screw, selected strainer and hopper in the manual's sequence. Hurom lists an Alpha Chamber holding 500 ml internally, a screw speed of 43 RPM, a brush speed of 17 RPM and a 120 V, 60 Hz, 150 W AC motor. A fine strainer and a coarse strainer are included; the maker describes the fine screen as producing cleaner juice and the coarse screen as allowing a thicker, pulpier route. These are screen choices, not multiple motor speeds. The machine has ON/OFF and manual reverse; reverse is for a jam, not automatic ingredient sensing. These are not independent yield, texture or noise tests.

The 50 mm opening is useful to know for counter planning, but it does not mean whole produce goes straight in. The household manual says to prepare ingredients to its directions, remove hard stones, peel rind where directed, and cut fibrous items smaller; use the included pusher rather than fingers or improvised tools. A 500 ml chamber is an internal stage in the process, not the size of the separate included pitcher. The product page lists separate juice and pulp containers but does not give either container's volume.

A kit for more than one job

Hurom's exact H-AF box list names fine and coarse strainers, an ice-cream strainer, tofu press, squeezer set, single-leaf auger, spinning brush, hopper and lid, chamber, containers, cleaning tools, drying rack and documentation. The squeezer set is a motor-driven citrus cone: the manual says to halve the fruit, put one half flesh-side down on the cone and run the base. It is not a hand-powered lever press, and it still requires cutting and placing each half. The manual gives distinct assembly instructions for ordinary juicing, frozen-fruit dessert and the citrus accessory. For frozen fruit it says to use the ice-cream strainer, cut frozen fruit into about one-inch pieces, and avoid ice cubes or hard blocks. It also describes the coarse screen's use with softer fruit and thick preparations. Those maker instructions support real extra setups, but not an assumption that frozen ingredients can be ground indiscriminately. The additional tofu and citrus parts are useful only if you will actually store, assemble and clean them.

One notable specification conflict

The H-AF product page lists dimensions of 270 × 180 × 430 mm (10.6 × 7.1 × 16.9 in), a 50 mm inlet and a 6.5 kg (14.3 lb) appliance weight in the shared H-AF/H-AE manual. However, the H-AF page itself lists product weight as 10.42 kg (22.9 lb), while the manual says 6.5 kg; Hurom does not explain the discrepancy. I would not use a precise lifting weight or filter this model by a strict carry-weight ceiling. Its metric body dimensions agree with the family manual, but the weight does not. The Wine image still identifies the H-AF finish, not the separate shipping-weight figure.

Runtime also needs cautious reading. The U.S. page says up to 30 minutes continuously, whereas the manual's specification table says less than 30 minutes. Consider 30 a stated upper boundary, not proof that a strict half-hour uninterrupted session is permitted. The manual calls for stopping before changing directions and hand-washing food-contact components; it cautions against the dishwasher, dryer and microwave. The general Hurom FAQ's statement that only the auger is dishwasher-safe does not make the complete assembly safe for machine washing.

Should it make your shortlist?

The H-AF makes sense if its exact Wine finish is appealing, its small internal chamber and prepared-produce routine suit short household sessions, and you will use the particular strainer and accessory options. Hurom's page and product object showed the exact variant available on the check date, but stock can change; the buying link is a model search, not an inventory promise. If strict lifting weight, a large documented pitcher, hands-off whole-produce feeding, variable speeds or a dishwasher-safe assembly is essential, the published evidence does not support this choice. Consider comparing the H-AE if the Navy finish is what you prefer: the pages list a similar Alpha setup and accessory set, but H-AE is its own SKU and Hurom marked that exact page sold out. The H-AA is another separate product with a three-finish U.S. SKU family; its own article covers the H-AA's distinct evidence rather than treating the H-AF as an interchangeable color.

Hurom's page and family manual state a 10-year motor / 2-year other-parts warranty, but the manual says coverage depends on proof of an authorized local distributor purchase and includes exclusions. Confirm the exact written terms attached to a seller and serial number. This is a source-based fit review, not a personal-use or lab report; no measured pulp, taste, yield, cleaning time or durability is asserted.
